Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled unless the product arrives damaged. A product opening video is required to ensure the item was received in damaged condition and handled properly by the brand.

Without a product opening video, no claims will be considered.

At Newds.co, we take utmost care in packing and quality-checking every item before dispatch. However, if your product arrives damaged, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • A complete product opening video, starting from the sealed package, is mandatory for any exchange request, order-related concern, or damage claim. This allows our team to verify that the product was received in an improper condition and ensures transparency in the process. Requests raised without a proper opening video will not be eligible for verification or further action.
  • In case of damages, customer must provide clear photos of the damaged product and its outer packaging

Once we verify the damage, we will arrange a replacement as applicable.

Please note: No exchanges are allowed except in the case of verified damaged products.

Color Guarantee & Replacement

All our products come with a color guarantee of up to 1 year from the date of purchase. Exchanges or replacements are only applicable for metal color changes (metal color fading).

  • Issues such as wear and tear, stone damage, breakage, or any other physical damage are not covered under this policy.
  • Artificial stones, diamonds, or decorative materials used in the jewelry are not covered for any kind of damage, loosening, or detachment.
  • Any damage caused by perfumes, alcohol substances, or chemicals is not eligible for exchange.
  • Only metal color change qualifies for exchange or replacement, irrespective of the above-mentioned conditions or natural environmental factors.

Exchange Procedure

  • The customer must send the product back to us for verification within 7–10 days after raising the complaint.
  • Once the item is received and verified, we will initiate the exchange within 7 working days.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • If the item is damaged during the shipping process, we will cover the return shipping cost for the exchange.
  • This applies only for exchanges where the damage occurred before the customer handled the product. In such cases, a complete packaging video is mandatory to verify the damage.
  • In case of exchanges after the product has been used, or if the product was received in perfect condition and later damaged by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
